Returns and Damages
Please contact us at info@nvdesigns.us for product returns and exchanges. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and must be authorized within 30 days of purchase. If items are not in new, unused condition additional fees may apply.
Please carefully inspect and note damages before signing and releasing the carrier from delivery liability. Contact us to arrange replacement product.
Sales Tax
If your order is shipped in or to Nevada, we will collect sales tax on the total order including shipping.

Shipping
We attempt to ship every order as soon as we receive it. We only ship products within the United States. The hassles experienced in the past with international shipping is far to irritating for you our valued customer and for us. We will email shipment tracking information when it is released to the freight carrier.

Pricing
Every effort is made to keep pricing at rates shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to adjust them without notice because of changes in our costs. If for some reason the price on the website is not accurate when you order, you will be notified within 24 hours of order being placed. You will have the choice to accept the new pricing or cancel the order for a FULL refund.
