Returns
To make a return or exchange please contact us at info@nvdesigns.us or by phone at 800-868-4907. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and must be authorized within 30 days of purchase. If items are not in new, unused condition additional fees may apply. If you would like to exchange your item for another, please call as we normally allow full credit toward new purchase minus the shipping.
If your order is damaged in shipment please contact us within 5 business days so we can arrange for replacements to be sent out.
Sales Tax
If your order is shipped in to Nevada we will collect sales tax on the total order including shipping.

Shipping
We attempt to ship every order as soon as we receive it. We only ship products within the United States. The hassles we have experienced in the past with international shipping is to irritating for you our valued customer and for us. We will email you with the ship date of your order within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Every effort is made to keep pricing at rates shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to adjust them without notice because of changes in our costs. If for some reason the price on the website is not accurate when you order, you will be notified within 24 hours of order being placed. You will have the choice to accept the new pricing or cancel the order for a FULL refund.
