- How much solar/batteries do I need?
This is a complicated question to answer. Many companies offer online sizing, but we prefer to have you contact us so we can design the solution for your situation. Many times the answer is a preconfigured kit, but if not we can make a kit for you.
- Can I run my RV air conditioner from solar?
This is probably the question we hear more than any other, but sadly the answer is typically not. An A/C system uses so much power that a very large battery bank and solar array would be required. As much as we don't want to, we recommend a generator for running air conditioners. HOWEVER, we find that many customers can power their RV with solar for the majority of the time and only use a generator during trips to very warm areas.
- Do you have items not listed on your website?
YES, we have many items not listed. If you are looking for something we don't have on our website, please contact us by email or phone. In most cases we have what you're looking for.
- Do you offer shipping options other than ground?
YES, but due to costs changing almost daily please contact us and we will get you a total delivered cost based on how soon you want your order.
- How long will it take to get my order?
Normally within 7-10 days. Most products are in stock either at our location or at one of our suppliers. This allows us to deliver your order quickly and efficiently.
- What if my item is not in stock?
We confirm ALL orders within 1 business day. If any of your order is not available for delivery within the standard 7-10 days, you will be notified. You will have the choice to either accept the new delivery time or cancel the order.
- I received an email saying my message was blocked as SPAM, now what?
We have had to tighten the SPAM filters lately in view of all the junk flying around the internet. Unfortunately this causes a few valid messages to get blocked. If this happens to you, please call us at 800-868-4907. We will be glad to talk to you about your project and we will add you to our safe-sender list so-that your messages will not be blocked.
- When will my credit card be billed?
As long as the items are in stock and shipping within a day or two it will be charged at the time of order. In the rare event of a backorder we will not bill your card until the order is shipping.
